2. Prohibited Activities
When utilizing PinFetcher, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated bots, web scrapers, or scripts to overload or flood our server infrastructure.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, server security controls, or encryption protocols.
- Extracting media for illegal, defamatory, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Using PinFetcher to process private or non-public pins without authorization.
3. Advertisements & Third-Party Links
PinFetcher displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and authorized ad network partners to fund server operating expenses and development costs. PinFetcher may also contain links to third-party websites. PinFetcher is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of external websites or advertisers.
4. Service Availability & "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, 100% extraction success for every link, or error-free operation.
